RWIT resource guide

Last month we moved the Women in Tech Resource Guide published by Redefining Women in Tech over to Medium, so that it would be easier to discover. This guide was originally created as part of a research initiative for Lane County Community College’s CIT Community Advisory Board to help address the diversity issues common to the industry. We pulled together all of the existing organizations and educational resources serving women in tech directly or indirectly, focusing on the Lane County area. EugeneTech and many other local groups are featured.

In addition to local Lane County resources in the tech and innovation space, there are many national organizations and online resources listed. This list is constantly growing, so please let us know if you think a resource should be included. We are currently looking for more information on mentorship opportunities, because we think mentorship an important resource, especially for women transitioning into tech fields.
